Lan Qianfu (February 1918 – November 20, 2010) was a Chinese veterinary parasitologist and politician. He was notably the head of the veterinary department at Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and served as vice-chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Political Consultative Conference. Additionally, he was a former executive member of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League.
