Vladimir Nikolayevich Mitinsky (April 4, 1925 – January 6, 2010) was a Soviet and Russian electrical engineer and energy organizer. He was a Honored Power Engineer of the Russian Federation (1997) and an Honorary Citizen of the city of Teykovo (1998). Mitinsky was born in the village of Zaplavnoye (now in the Volgograd Oblast) into a peasant family. He worked as a worker at the Stalingrad Tractor Plant during World War II. After the war, he graduated from the Stalingrad Agricultural Institute and worked in the electrical networks of the Ivanovo Oblast and the city of Teykovo. He was the head of the Teykovo City Electrical Networks from 1983 to 2003. Mitinsky was a member of the Teykovo City Council of People's Deputies and the Teykovo City Committee of the CPSU. He died on January 6, 2010, and is buried in the city cemetery of Teykovo.
