Maria Tikhonovna Poberie (December 25, 1924 – July 1, 1981) was a prominent Soviet politician. She served as the 1st Secretary of the Lenin District Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) in the Volgograd region. Poberie was also a candidate member of the CPSU Central Committee from 1966 to 1981. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor on November 20, 1958.
