Qasem Mansour, born on January 28, 1987, in Ahvaz, is a journalist from Ahvaz, Iran. He began his journalism career at the Iranian newspaper Hamshahri before moving to the Fars News Agency. He obtained the second rank in report writing in Iran and received an appreciation degree from the Iranian Journalists Union in 2013. In 2014, he won first place at the City and Media Festival. Besides journalism, he has experience in sociology and oversaw the Gargarqan Festival. He was appointed cultural heritage advisor in Khuzestan on March 9, 2015.
