R. C. T. Lee, also known as Richard C. T. Lee, is a prominent Taiwanese academic born in 1939 in Shanghai, China. He earned his B.Sc. from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. from UC Berkeley. Lee has held various positions, including president at Providence University and National Chi Nan University. He is an IEEE fellow and has published around 80 papers. Lee is also a chair professor at National Chi Nan University and has authored several popular short story collections. His contributions to academia have been widely recognized, including multiple awards from the National Science Council of Taiwan.
