Radha Krishna Mathur, born on 25 November 1953, is a retired Indian IAS officer who served as the first Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh from 2019 to 2023. He held significant positions in the Indian government, including Chief Information Commissioner and Defence Secretary. Mathur also served as Defence Production Secretary and Secretary of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. He was the Chief Secretary of Tripura and retired from his role as Chief Information Commissioner in November 2018, following a distinguished career in public service.
