Rajendra Kumar Tiwari, commonly referred to as R. K. Tiwari, is a retired Indian civil servant and an officer in the Indian Administrative Services from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, having joined in 1985. He served as the Chief Secretary of the Government of Uttar Pradesh from August 30, 2019, to December 30, 2021, following Anup Chandra Pandey. His extensive career in administration has significantly contributed to the governance of Uttar Pradesh.
