Prof. Dr. Drs. R.Y. Perry Burhan, M.Sc, born on February 15, 1959, is an Indonesian scientist and educator. He served as the director of Politeknik Energi dan Mineral Akamigas Cepu starting November 12, 2015, and previously held the position of Dean at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya since December 19, 2011. He became Indonesia's first Professor of Organic Geochemistry in 2007 and obtained his M.Sc. from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1986 and his Ph.D. from Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France.
