Rabih Khandaqji (also known as Abu Khaled) was a Palestinian politician and major born on May 31, 1960, in Nablus. He served as a member of the Palestinian Revolutionary Council since December 2016 and was the governor of the Tubas Governorate since September 2013. Prior to that, he held the position of governor of Qalqilya. He passed away on July 7, 2017, in Ramallah, leaving behind a legacy in Palestinian politics.
