Rabindra Sameer, a powerful short story writer in Nepali literature, has dedicated around three decades to establishing the genre of short stories as a mainstay in Nepali literature. He has published eight short story collections, with his first being 'Tessro Aankha' in 1996. Aside from short stories, he has also written poems, essays, and memoirs. Recently, he ventured into novel writing with 'Mrityu ko Aayu.' Known as Dr. Rabindra Pandey, he has received numerous national and international awards for his writing, medical career, and social work.
