Radek Čížek is a Czech football midfielder, born in 1974, currently playing for FK Union Cheb 2001. He started his football career in Cheb, progressing through local clubs before joining Dukla in 1997, where he made his first league appearances. He spent the 2002/2003 season at Blšany, followed by a move to Jablonec a year later. After his contract ended, he transferred to Most in the summer of 2005.
