Radu-Dumitru Savu is a Romanian politician born on May 1, 1951, in Raionul Noua Suliță, Ukrainian SSR (now in Ukraine). He served as a deputy in the Romanian legislature from June 18, 1990, to March 9, 1992, representing Călărași County on behalf of the FSN party. He was replaced by Dorin Mitișor on March 19, 1992. During his parliamentary tenure, Savu was a member of friendship parliamentary groups with Belgium, South Korea, and Mongolia.
