Rafiquddin Ahmad (1 March 1932 – 13 September 2013) was a prominent Bangladeshi engineer and academic. He served as the chairman of the Bangladesh Engineering and Shipbuilding Corporation and was the founding chairman of the Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation. Ahmad held a PhD from the UK and was a teacher at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He played a crucial role in establishing several engineering institutions and corporations in Bangladesh, contributing significantly to the country's engineering sector.
