Raimundo de Oliveira Borges (1907-2010) was a Brazilian jurist and writer. Born in Caririaçu, he completed primary education locally and secondary studies in various institutions, including in Fortaleza and Salvador. He started studying medicine but shifted to law, graduating in 1937. Borges worked as a prosecutor in several towns before transitioning to a legal practice. He ran for mayor in Caririaçu in 1962 and served as a city councilor in Crato, later becoming an alternate state deputy. In 1975, he was awarded the title of honorary citizen of Crato.
