Rain Lõhmus, born December 30, 1966, is an Estonian entrepreneur and banking figure. He graduated in economics from Tallinn Polytechnic Institute in 1988 and later attended Harvard Business School. He began his career at Mainor in 1988 and was a co-founder of Estexpank and Hansabank. Lõhmus is the founder of Osta.ee, Estonia's largest online sales portal, and he established LHV Bank, where he serves as chairman. He also founded the private equity fund Livonia Partners and has invested in various media and hospitality projects.
