Ralph Ellsworth Foster, Jr. was an American football tackle born on June 12, 1917. He played two seasons in the NFL with the Chicago Cardinals after being drafted in 1940. Foster started his college education at the University of Idaho before transferring to Oklahoma A&M College. He is originally from Perry, Oklahoma, where he attended Perry High School. He passed away on June 3, 1999.
