Ralph H. Barger, Jr. was an American printer, lithographer, publisher, and politician, who served as Mayor of Wheaton, Illinois from 1971 to 1982. He was born on January 24, 1923, and graduated from Glenbard High School. Barger served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II as a photographer. He later became a member of the Illinois House of Representatives from 1983 to 1991. Barger passed away from cancer on April 2, 2002.
