Ralph E. Seitsinger was an American businessman and politician who served as the 36th Mayor of El Paso, Texas, from 1961 to 1963. His administration emphasized infrastructure projects such as the North-South Freeway and El Paso International Airport. Seitsinger was a proponent of the maquiladoras concept and contributed to the Chamizal settlement, resolving the border dispute with Ciudad Juárez. He identified more as a businessman and was known for promoting city park development. Seitsinger passed away at the age of 100, making him the oldest living former mayor of El Paso.
