Ram Kinkar (1922-2003) was a prominent Indian politician associated with the Janata Party. He served as a member of the Lok Sabha for the Barabanki constituency in Uttar Pradesh. His notable positions included Deputy Minister for Education and Social Welfare and as Cabinet Minister for Sales Tax and Forest in Uttar Pradesh. He also held the role of Minister of State in the Morarji Desai Cabinet and later rejoined the government as Cabinet Minister for Works, Housing, Supply, and Rehabilitation under Charan Singh. He passed away on September 12, 2003, in New Delhi.
