He earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering in 1956 and worked on various projects, including major dams. He held significant positions in the Confederació Hidrogràfica and contributed to public works in Barcelona. Tragically, he died in a car accident alongside his son. He was also involved in amateur filmmaking, with a posthumous film highlighting water contamination issues.
