Ranjeeta received 707,992 votes, amounting to approximately 61.74% of the total votes cast. Though she is relatively new to politics, she comes from a political family; her father-in-law, Gangaram Koli, served three terms as an MP from the Bayana constituency between 1991 and 1998.
