Raza Muhammad is a retired two-star general of the Pakistan Army and former High Commissioner of Pakistan to Mauritius, with concurrent accreditation to Seychelles, Madagascar, and Comoros. He has been honored with the Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military) for his services to Pakistan. Currently, he is the President of the Islamabad Policy Research Institute. From 2019 to 2022, he served as an advisor to the National Defence University. Raza has held key military positions, including Director General of Inter-Services Intelligence and Major General of an Infantry Division.
