Reginald Wilfred Tennekoon (31 December 1912) was a prominent Ceylonese politician and businessman. Born in the Central Province of British Ceylon, he had a distinguished family background with notable siblings, including a Chief Justice and a Governor. After his education at St. Anthony's College and Ceylon University, he practiced law and joined the Ceylon Civil Service. He entered politics in 1956, winning a seat in 1960 and serving in the United National Party. Tennekoon later contributed to various boards, including the Agricultural and Industrial Credit Corporation.
