Reika Sato (born January 10, 2001) is a Japanese women's volleyball player from Osu, Iwate. She attended Morioka Seira High School before entering Japan Women's College of Physical Education in 2019. In 2022, she achieved runner-up status in the All Japan University Championships, where she received the Fighting Spirit Award. She joined the KUROBE Aqua Fairies as a designated player for the 2022/23 season and made her V.League debut. After graduating in 2023, she became a full member of the team and transferred to Astemo Rivale Ibaraki in 2024.
