Reiko Sekiguchi (born March 18, 1937) is a Japanese educational scholar and former professor at the University of Library and Information Science. Born in Tokyo, she graduated from Ochanomizu University in 1959 and pursued further studies at the University of Tokyo and the University of Münster in Germany, where she earned her doctorate. She held positions at various universities, retiring in 2002 and later becoming a research professor. Sekiguchi received the Canada Prime Minister's Award for Publishing in 1998 for her work on Canadian high school education.
