Renate Meixner-Römer is a German politician from the SPD party, known for her role as the former chairwoman of the city council in Rüsselsheim and as a member of the Hessian parliament. She served as principal of Otto-Hahn-Schule from 2000 until she entered the Landtag in 2008. After losing her mandate in 2009, she returned to teaching and took the position of principal at Albrecht-Dürer-Schule. Additionally, she is married and a mother of three children.
