René Vézina is a Quebec radio and television commentator and writer. He graduated from Laval University in journalism and political science, starting his career in 1977 as a journalist with Radio-Canada in Gaspésie, before moving to the national network in Montreal. He has been an economic commentator at 98.5fm for many years, particularly on the program Puisqu’il faut se lever hosted by Paul Arcand. In 2008, he published the book 'Comment parler aux médias' with Bernard Motulsky, and he regularly contributes to the Quebec magazine Les Affaires.
