Repalle Shiva Praveen Kumar, born on 23 November 1967, is a former Indian Police Service officer and politician. He served as secretary of the Telangana Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Societies. After resigning from government service, he joined the Bahujan Samaj Party to advocate for Dalit and Bahujan political empowerment. He contested the 2023 Telangana Legislative Assembly election but lost. He later resigned from BSP on 16 March 2024, citing political disagreements, and joined the Bharat Rashtra Samiti on 18 March 2024.
