He won his first Tony Award in 1949 for portraying Henry VIII in 'Anne of the Thousand Days' and a second Tony in 1957 for Professor Henry Higgins in 'My Fair Lady'. He also starred in the film adaptation of 'My Fair Lady' in 1964, winning a Golden Globe and an Oscar. Harrison's notable films include 'Anna and the King of Siam', 'The Ghost and Mrs. Muir', and 'Cleopatra'. He died in June 1990 at age 82.
