Richard Choque Flores is a Bolivian serial killer and rapist born on November 9, 1988. He committed at least two murders in 2021, shortly after being released from a previous conviction. Choque was also accused of raping over 77 women and possibly murdering more. His escalating violence after gaining parole raised significant concerns about the management of violent offenders in Bolivia, leading to public discourse on the issue. Ultimately, he was sentenced to 30 years in prison for his later crimes.
