Richard Geary is a former Australian rules footballer born on 24 September 1963. He played in the Victorian Football League (VFL) for Richmond and the West Coast Eagles. Geary started his career at Fitzroy Under-19s and transferred to Richmond, making his VFL debut in 1985. He was a wingman and half forward during his two seasons at Richmond. He later joined the West Coast Eagles, making just two appearances but had notable success at South Fremantle, where he topped the goal-kicking in the 1989 WAFL season.
