Goldberg was arrested in Montreal, Canada, on May 12, 2007, and later sentenced to 20 years in prison for possession of child pornography. On December 10, 2007, he pleaded guilty in federal court to the charges of producing child pornography, with a presiding judge highlighting Goldberg's severe disturbance and lack of remorse.
