Richard Lawrence Marquette, also known as Dick Marquette, born December 12, 1934, is an American serial killer responsible for the murders of three women between 1961 and 1975. Notably, he was the first to be added as an eleventh name to the FBI Ten Most Wanted List due to the 1961 murder of Joan Caudle in Portland, Oregon. He is currently serving his sentence at the Oregon State Correctional Institution.
