Richard Betts Ninis (1931-2014) was an English cleric who served as the Archdeacon of Lichfield and Canon Treasurer of Lichfield Cathedral for 24 years. He was educated at Lincoln College, Oxford, and held various positions throughout his career, including Vicar of St Martin in Hereford and Diocesan Missioner for Hereford. Ninis also contributed to church organizations, serving as Chairman of the USPG from 1988 to 1991.
