Richard David Pratt is a retired British Anglican priest born in 1955. He served as the Archdeacon of West Cumberland and later as the Archdeacon of Carlisle in the Church of England Diocese of Carlisle. Educated at Ranelagh Grammar School and Lincoln College, Oxford, he was ordained in 1984. Pratt held various incumbencies before becoming the communications officer for his diocese. In 2022, he transitioned to Associate Archdeacon, and in 2023, he returned as Archdeacon of Carlisle. He is also known for his involvement in church bell ringing.
