Richard Allen Martin, born on December 22, 1994, is an American professional baseball shortstop who currently plays for the Gastonia Baseball Club in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. Previously, he played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Baltimore Orioles. Martin played college baseball at the University of Florida for the Florida Gators before being selected in the first round of the 2015 MLB draft by the Oakland Athletics.
