Richard Thomas Bell, born on October 18, 1960, is a former American football running back known for his time with the Minnesota Vikings in the NFL. He grew up in St. Cloud, Minnesota, attended Rocori High School, and later studied at Saint John's University. Though he went undrafted in the NFL, he signed with the Vikings in 1983 and played 14 games, but his notable contribution was a 14-yard kickoff return during a game against the Detroit Lions.
