Rick Comegy is a former American college football and baseball coach born on September 24, 1953. He was the head coach at Mississippi Valley State starting in 2014 and previously led Jackson State University from 2006 to 2013. He achieved a notable coaching tenure at Tuskegee University from 1996 to 2005, recording a 90–26 win-loss record. Comegy also coached at Cheyney and Central State University, claiming an NAIA national title in 1995. Besides football, he has experience coaching track and baseball at Millersville and Colgate University.
