Victorico 'Ricky' P. Vargas is a Filipino executive known for his role as the 10th President of the Philippine Olympic Committee from March 5, 2018, until his resignation on June 18, 2019. He won the presidency in a court-ordered election against Jose Cojuangco Jr. Vargas also leads the Association of Boxing Alliances in the Philippines and served as the chairman of the Philippine Basketball Association Board of Governors during the 2017–18 season. Currently, he heads the Business Transformation Group at PLDT.
