Over his career, Garcia has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for teams including the Colorado Rockies, San Francisco Giants, Baltimore Orioles, and Oakland Athletics. He played college baseball at Hawaii Pacific University and was selected by the Rockies in the 30th round of the 2016 MLB draft, making his MLB debut in 2019.
