She has previously served as a news anchor for TV 2/Lorry and was associated with the Fact Department at Danmarks Radio. In 2011, she became a host for Aftenshowet at Danmarks Radio. From 2012 to 2015, she hosted the television program Sporløs. She graduated from Østre Borgerdyd Gymnasium in 1988.
