After retiring from the entertainment industry in 1984, she worked in sales and as a theater instructor. In 2005, she joined Shoya Group and became a manager at a restaurant. In 2016, she held a solo comeback concert, and in December 2021, she performed at a festival showcasing her enduring singing voice.
