Rise Christensen Grønoset (née Vestergaard; 1930–2024) was a Danish-born Norwegian journalist and author residing in Elverum. She began her journalism career as an intern in 1952 and worked at Østlendingen. Grønoset was married to author Dagfinn Grønoset, who lived from 1920 to 2008. She also had a sister who was married to Danish politician Uffe Ellemann-Jensen.
