Rivka Wadmany-Shauman is an Israeli educator and academic born in Cyprus on December 13, 1948. She served as the Deputy Chair of the Council for Higher Education from January 2016 to March 2017, and has been a council member since 2012. Holding a PhD in education, she is a senior lecturer in computers and information technologies. Previously, she was the vice president of Kibbutzim College, president of the College for the Teaching of Technology, and head of the Graduate School at Kibbutzim College.
