Rıza Yürükoğlu, also known as İsmail Nihat Akseymen, was a significant figure in the Turkish Communist Party, born on October 4, 1945, in Ankara. He became the leader of the İşçinin Sesi faction during the party's split in 1979. Yürükoğlu was also known within the party by the name Veli Dursun. He passed away on December 11, 2001, in London, leaving a notable legacy in Turkish political history.
