Rob Bakker is a Dutch journalist, author, and historian born on October 19, 1949, in Bussum. He has worked as an editor for various magazines and is currently a lecturer at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Utrecht. Bakker is known for his contributions to media, including his role as editor of the satirical magazine MAD and for creating the National Broadcasting Congress. He is also a published author of novels and thrillers, and he wrote a drama series for the NCRV. His academic work includes a master's thesis on Holocaust record-keeping.
