Robby Koesman Dragman is a Surinamese politician born on February 11, 1953. After the 1996 parliamentary elections, he served as the Minister of Trade and Industry under President Jules Wijdenbosch. He was forced to resign in late 1999 due to strong indications of corruption linked to imported goods. Dragman was speculated to succeed Willy Soemita as the chairman of KTPI in 2005, but the situation changed when Sonny Kertoidjojo withdrew from the race, allowing Soemita to win.
