Robert Cheseret is a Kenyan-born American long-distance runner, notable for his record in collegiate athletics at the University of Arizona, where he won a total of eight Pac-10 titles and was a three-time Track Athlete of the Year. He defended titles in the 5000 meters and 10,000 meters and won the NCAA West Regional individual crown. Cheseret began training in the U.S. Army's World Class Athlete Program in 2009, aiming to qualify for the 2012 London Olympics and to secure U.S. citizenship.
