Robert Quested Drayson DSC was an English naval officer and schoolmaster born on 5 June 1919 and died on 15 October 2008. He achieved notable recognition during the Second World War for sinking a German auxiliary cruiser. Post-war, he graduated from Cambridge and pursued a career in education, teaching at multiple colleges and eventually serving as headmaster at Reed's School and Stowe. He later took on the role of lay chaplain to the Bishop of Norwich.
