Robert Charles Gleason Jr. was an American serial killer who was executed in Virginia for murdering two of his cellmates while already serving a life sentence for another murder. He was known as an execution volunteer, expressing a commitment to continue killing in prison if not executed. Gleason was the last person to be executed in Virginia by electrocution before the state abolished capital punishment in 2021.
